Print preview error

We use ZWM02 T-Code to pack the material in that there is space for name of packer person as (user name), though we don’t get any out put of that in packing list.

I need that name in print preview highlighted red circle.

Kindly guide me i am a basis administrator kindly guide me if any problem in printer settings generates this error.
